Let us fill your prescriptions at our medication dispensary conveniently located in the front entrance of our clinic, enabling you to be seen by your healthcare provider AND pick up your medications before leaving our office! The dispensary staff has direct access to your Provider for questions or concerns with your medications. If any issues arise, most things can be taken addressed in minutes but would require other pharmacies to leave a message with your Provider and wait for a callback, extending your wait time or requiring multiple trips. Prior authorizations take a minimum of 48 hours!

To request refills Call us: 931-528-7312 and select option 5 to speak to our Dispensary, OR submit the request via your Patient Portal (if you don't already have access, get started by clicking the link Satellite Med Patient Portal). Portal messages are checked regularly by our staff.

Most in-house tests return results in approximately 30 minutes. Routine labs sent to our reference lab are typically returned the next day.
